Basic knowledge when installing FRP water tank

Before installing the FRP water tank, please lay the foundation with concrete according to the foundation requirements. Avoid using fire near the FRP water tank during construction, and take protective measures during welding to prevent sparks from splashing onto the water tank board. For the convenience and safety of maintenance, there must be a certain space around the FRP water tank. Do not touch the FRP molded plate on the sharp corners, and do not knock it with hard objects such as tools. When installing the FRP water tank, a maintenance channel of ≥500mm should be left between the box and the wall, and the ground and the bottom of the box should be ≥500mm. During civil construction, support should be made first, and the joints around the FRP water tank and between the box board should fall on the buttresses.

For the application of FRP water tanks, it is mainly used for the storage of domestic water. Therefore, it is generally recommended that it is best to only hold domestic water or some other solvents, but it is forbidden to hold some alkaline and acidic liquids, such as hydrochloric acid and sulfuric acid.
