Material:
The galvanized steel plate water tank is constructed using galvanized steel sheets. The steel provides a sturdy base with good mechanical strength, while the zinc coating offers excellent corrosion resistance. The zinc layer is typically applied through a galvanizing process, which can be either hot-dip galvanizing or electro-galvanizing. Hot-dip galvanizing results in a thicker and more durable zinc coating, enhancing the tank's long-term protection against rust and corrosion.
Structure and Design:
The tank is designed with a modular structure, allowing for easy assembly and disassembly. It can be fabricated in various shapes and sizes to meet different installation requirements. The panels are joined together using advanced welding or sealing techniques to ensure water tightness. Reinforcing frames and ribs are incorporated to strengthen the overall structure and enable the tank to withstand internal water pressure and external forces such as wind and seismic loads.
During installation, leave a maintenance passage of no less than 700 mm between the tank body and the wall. The distances at the top and bottom of the tank should be no less than 500 mm.
When carrying out civil construction, first make the supporting piers. The connection seams between the surrounding of the water tank and the unit plates at the bottom of the tank should be located on the supporting piers.
