Galvanized Water Tank
A brief introduction to galvanized water tanks:
Galvanized water tank is a temporary water storage container made of Q235 steel plate stamped and processed by hot-dip galvanizing process. It belongs to building water supply storage and engineering temporary water storage equipment, and complies with 92SS177 standard and national standard GB02S101. The box is composed of modular components connected by bolts, with standard plates including 1000 × 1000mm, 1000 × 500mm and other specifications. Special sealing strips are used to prevent leakage, with a capacity range of 1.0-1000 cubic meters and a maximum height of 5 meters.
The interior of the water tank adopts a special pull rod structure to enhance its pressure bearing performance. During installation, the bottom of the tank is supported by piers and a maintenance channel of not less than 700mm needs to be reserved. The sealing is verified through a water filling test.
Characteristics of galvanized water tank Firstly, it is fully bolted and assembled on site, which is fast and convenient to assemble. During assembly, a special non-toxic sealing strip is used for sealing, which will not cause water leakage or inadequate sealing. Secondly, the special pull rod structure inside the water tank makes the mechanical performance more reasonable, with a height of up to 5 meters. Galvanized water tanks have no special requirements for installation sites and do not require lifting equipment. Their capacity can meet all user requirements.
Advantages of hot-dip galvanized water tank:
1. The hot-dip galvanized water tank adopts advanced technology, selects high-quality materials, and undergoes hot-dip galvanizing to form a dense galvanized layer on the surface of the water tank. The ions at the interface with the steel plate penetrate each other and mix to form a diffusion layer, which increases the adhesion strength of the galvanized surface. The galvanized surface is smooth, easy to clean, and corrosion-resistant. The steel plate assembly structure is not easy to deform, has strong seismic resistance, and high impact resistance. Through extensive use for a long time, it has shown good results and received high praise from users.
2. Hot dip galvanized water tank This product is suitable for storing and regulating water tanks for building water supply, expansion and condensation water tanks for heating systems, as well as temporary water storage tanks for construction, geological exploration, industrial, national defense engineering, and other purposes.
3. It is advisable to use a water storage temperature of 4-65 ℃. When the storage water temperature is higher than this value, it can be raised at the time of ordering and resolved separately.
