A brief introduction to anti floating buried water tanks:

Installation techniques for buried water tanks:
1. The buried water tank module is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate 3mm and 0.4mm 304/2B food grade stainless steel plate, which are pressed and compounded by equipment to achieve a tight fit and meet the requirements of steel plate material strength and stainless steel corrosion resistance. 2. After compression molding, punching molding is carried out through equipment to meet the assembly requirements of standard modules. 3. On site assembly and selection of 10 # national standard hot-dip treatment for foundation channel steel, combined with a spacing of 1 meter between each beam, and so on. 4. Assemble according to the atlas and technical requirements, and assemble them with medium 10 * 30 hot-dip galvanized screws and environmental protection, water resistance and anti-aging adhesive strips. After the water tank is assembled and formed, install the tie bars and top columns. The reinforcement is selected to be hot-dip galvanized with a diameter of 48, and it is installed horizontally and vertically at a distance of 1 meter. The top pillar is made of 48 hot-dip galvanized pipes, with 4 pipes per square meter evenly distributed for sealing treatment.

5. Install the pump room according to the pump station, use screws on the outside of the pump room, and reinforce the inside of the pump with No. 12 I-beam to achieve good pressure bearing effect. After installation, inspect and accept to
ensure that all fasteners are tightened without omission. 6. Clean up all remaining accessories and garbage in the water tank. 7. Cover the soil and prepare the site properly. Attention: Instructions for covering soil 1. Before covering the integrated soil of Dafeng buried box pump, the water in the pit must be pumped out to ensure that there is no accumulated water in the pit; 2. The soil used for covering must be fine soil, free of debris and stones. 3. When covering the soil, the excavator must be 2 meters away from the water tank and cannot walk on top of it; 4. When
covering the buried water tank with soil, it is necessary to start adding soil from all sides, adding soil in a circle of 50cm until it is parallel to the ground.
